The Earth has just passed through the comet's orbital plane so we are now seeing the short stubby dust tail from the other side of the comet. In this mosaic taken with a 70mm refractor the tail appears to have flipped compared to images taken 14 days ago. The ion tail still remains elusive although is just visible running to the left in this image
